TECHNICAL EVENTS

IT MANAGER

[FORMAT: SOLO]
RULES & REGULATIONS:
  • Each team must consist of 1 participant.
  • The competition will consist of three rounds: Round 1 - Aptitude Test, Round 2 - On-the-spot preparation, Round 3 - Interview Round.
  • Each team member must participate in all applicable rounds.
  • Participants must report to the venue before the scheduled time.
  • The aptitude test will be conducted within the specified time limit.
  • For the on-the-spot preparation round, the topic/task will be given at the venue, and participants must complete it within the given time.
  • The interview round will assess the participants' communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and managerial skills.
  • Mobile phones or other electronic devices may not be used during the rounds unless permitted by the organizers.
  • Any form of unfair means or misconduct will lead to disqualification.
  • The judges' and organizers' decisions will be final and binding.

IT QUIZ

[FORMAT: DUO]
RULES & REGULATIONS:
  • Each team must consist of 2 participants only.
  • Only one team can participate from each participating group.
  • The quiz will consist of a question-and-answer session.
  • Questions will be asked by the quizmaster, and teams must answer within the given time limit.
  • Both team members are allowed to participate in answering the questions.
  • Participants must not use mobile phones, internet, or any external assistance during the quiz.

[FORMAT: TRIO]
RULES & REGULATIONS:
  • A topic/problem statement will be given to each team.
  • Participants must create a website based on the given topic using an AI tool.
  • The website should be completed within the given time limit.
  • Participants may use AI tools for generating code, design ideas, and debugging.
  • The final website will be evaluated based on creativity, design, functionality, relevance to the topic, and effective use of AI.
  • Team size: 3 members.
  • Participants must present/demo their completed website at the end.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
  • Participants must design a poster using Canva.
  • The topic/theme will be given on the spot.
  • Each participating group can register a maximum of 1 teams.
  • Participants must complete and submit the poster within the given time.
  • Only Canva may be used for designing.
  • The poster must be original, creative, and relevant to the given topic.
  • Pre-made designs should not be submitted as the final poster.
  • Judging criteria: Creativity, originality, relevance, visual appeal, and effective use of Canva.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
  • The game will be played on a college computer.
  • Rounds: 3 rounds
  • Points: The fastest time or position wins.
  • Participation: 2 entry per team.
  • Abusive language, foul language, or unsporting behaviour will lead to disqualification.
  • Any damage to lab equipment will be taken seriously and may lead to disqualification of the participant/team.
  • Coordinators reserve the right to adjust format, rounds, and scoring based on final participation numbers.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
  • Participants: Each team must have 4 players.
  • Cheating, hacking or the usage of third party softwares will lead to disqualification.
  • Teaming with other teams to manipulate results is strictly prohibited.
  • Players must ensure stable internet, disconnections won't pause the game.
  • Players are responsible for having a stable device and updated game version.
  • GFX tools or 3rd party apps like game boosters are prohibited.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
  • Participants: Each team must contain 4 players.
  • Cheating or emulators are strictly prohibited, if any squad is found using them, they will be immediately disqualified.
  • GFX tools or 3rd party apps like game boosters are prohibited.
  • Participants must bring their own device and should use their own cellular data, only mobile phones allowed, other devices are prohibited.
  • Only fingers/gloves are allowed.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
  • The timings are 3+2 minutes.
  • 6-10 members per team.
  • Costumes and other properties should be arranged by the participants themselves.
  • The participant will have to share the audio with the event coordinator one day before itself.
  • There is no particular theme.
  • The judges decision will be the last and final.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
  • One entry per team.
  • Participants 6 including instrumentalists.
  • Time limit 3+2 minutes.
  • Karaoke tracks will not be allowed.
  • Teams must bring their own instruments.
  • The choice of the song is open to the participants, but the song should not have any slang or derogatory tone.

  • The costume should not be revealing/shirtless.
