ORACLE 2K25 Events and Details Team Details Join Group GALLERY General Guidelines ➔ Every team member must participate at least in one event to be eligible for the overall trophy. ➔ Decisions made by the judges are final. ➔ All the participants are required to reach their respective venues 10 minutes before commencement of the event. ➔ Participants are requested to follow the etiquette of the premises. ➔ The Co-Ordinator’s can make any changes in any unexpected occur of events. ➔ Any kind of Malpractice will lead to disqualification. EVENTS Gaming Events - Day 01 12:30pm NFS Co-ordinator: Dyju & Charles LAB 2 ➔ Devices - will be played with the device provided with Keyboard. ➔ Participants - 1 member from each team. ➔ Rounds - 4 rounds (top 20, top 10, top 5, top 3) – Depends upon the number of participants. ➔ Points - the fastest time wins. 12:30pm HALO Co-ordinator:Dyju & Charles LAB 2 ➔ The game will be played on a college computer. ➔ Players will be responsible for any damages found on their system and immediate disqualification will be issued. ➔ 1 participant from each team. ➔ The game mode will be free for all deathmatches. ➔ A total of 5 rounds will be conducted (may change depending on participants). 12:30pm Among Us Co-ordinator: Ayman & Sudeesh Room 107 ➔ Participants - 1 member from each team. ➔ Rounds - 5 rounds ◆ Imposter - 1 points per kill & 3 extra points for winning the round . ◆ Crewmate - 1 point for each survivor left & extra 3 if the imposter is caught. ➔ Precaution - the maximum number of the same person being an imposter is limited to 2. 12:30 pm Just A Minute Co-ordinators: Olivia & Saniya Room 114 ➔ One entry per team. ➔ Two participants per team. ➔ There will be consist of 2 rounds. ➔ Further Instructions will be given on the spot. Technical Events 12:45pm Coding and Debugging Co-ordinators: Rizwana & Ankita Lab 1 ➔ One group of 2 members from each team. ➔ Any kind of malpractice will lead to disqualification. ➔ The event will have 2 rounds a) Quiz round b) Coding round ➔ The programming languages that will be used are ○ Python ○ C ○ Java 12:45pm Treasure Hunt Co-ordinators: Kavya & Darshn Basket Ball Court ➔ One entry per team. ➔ 5-7 participants per team. ➔ Instructions will be given on the spot. 12:45pm Prompt AI Co-Ordinator: Jeetandar & Spoorthi Lab 1 ➔ Two participants per team. ➔Need to create a Responsive website using AI Tools. ➔ Use of AI Agents are prohibited such as Bolt, Lovable etc. ➔ The Theme for building a website and further instructions will be given on the day of the event. ➔ Consist of 2 rounds ○ Prompting ○ Presentation ➔ Any kind of malpractice will lead to disqualification. 12:45 PM IT Quiz Co-ordinators: Sanjay & Madiha Room 207 ➔ One entry per team. ➔ Two participants per team. ➔ There will be consist of 3 rounds : • Aptitude Round • Pictogram Round • Buzzer Round ➔ Any kind of malpractice will lead to disqualification. Cultural Events - Day 2 8:30 AM Group Singing Co-ordinators: Ebin & Saniya Main Auditorium ➔ One entry per team ➔ Participants 5-10 including instrumentalists. ➔ Time limit 3+2 minutes. ➔ Karaoke tracks will not be allowed. ➔ Teams must bring their own instruments. ➔ The choice of the song is open to the participants, but the song should not have any slang or derogatory tone. ➔ The participant will have to share the participant details one day prior to the event coordinator. ➔ The judges decision will be the last and final. 9:30 AM Duo Dance Co-ordinators: Kavya & Dyju Main Auditorium ➔ The timings are 2+1 minutes. ➔ 2 Members per team. ➔ Time limit 3+2 minutes. ➔ Costumes and other properties should be arranged by the participants themselves. ➔ The Costumes should not be releaving/shirtless. ➔ The participant will have to share the participant details and audio one day prior to the event coordinator ➔ Open Theme ➔ The judges decision will be the last and final. 10:30 AM Group Dance Co-ordinators: Ankita & Charles Main Auditorium ➔ The timings are 3+2 minutes. ➔ 6-10 Members per team. ➔ Costumes and other properties should be arranged by the participants themselves. ➔ The Costumes should not be releaving/shirtless. ➔ The participant will have to share the participant details and audio one day prior to the event coordinator ➔ Open theme. ➔ The judges decision will be the last and final. 11:30 PM Fashion Show Co-ordinators: Ayman & Suman Main Auditorium ➔ THEME – Open Theme ➔ One entry per team ➔ 6-12 members per team ➔ Time Limit: 4+2 Minutes ➔ No usage of powder, fire, water, etc on stage. ➔ The costume should not be revealing/shirtless. ➔ The participant will have to share the participant details and audio one day prior to the event coordinator ➔ The judges decision will be the last and final.
